Mozzarelle
Latterie Riunite

Tender and flavorful, ideal for both table and cooking, Latterie Riunite mozzarellas are made from 100% Sicilian milk, from traditional cheesemaking methods that take into account the natural ripening time of the curd, and from milk fermented with natural starter culture, using the same milk used for processing. Those at the top of the range bear the STG (Specialty Guaranteed) mark.

Ricottas
Latterie Riunite

Fresh, soft, light and flavorful, Latterie Riunite ricottas are available in a basket or vacuum-packed. In the baked version, according to an ancient centuries-old method, they are dried under salt, baked and characterized by the typical brown layer, and have a very delicious toasted and fruity flavor.
